Reports on materials for CAI are gradually increasing. However, there are few reports on utilizing computers for clinical practicum. Teachers face time-constraints when exchanging information about instruction of clinical practicum. In order to meet this need, we have attempted to construct a database to hold such information electronically. This report describes the process of constructing the database. We believe that this database will be a useful tool for teachers instructing on clinical practicum.},
