 note = {本研究の目的は、手術前に、患者が自己の手術を理解し納得して手術に望めることが、周手術期において良い影響を及ぼすと考え、手術前の患者がどのようなことを望んでいるのかを明らかにし、援助の手ががりとするために患者訪問を試みた。この結果以下の示唆を得た。1　対象者は手術を受容している者が多いため、患者の気持を表出できるような雰囲気のなかで説明を受けられるようにすることで良い効果が得られると考えられる。2　手術室看護婦の訪問は不安を軽減させる上に重要である。3　手術前に知りたいことは麻酔、手術後についてが多かった。手術内容とともに麻酔についても医師から充分にわかりやすい説明をして貰うとともに、手術後の詳細な説明をすることが、患者の同意を得るために大切であると考えられる。, The purpose of this study is to clarify what's hopes in before operation of patients.
Consent of before operation will be good influence on operation course for patients. We have
interviewed for the purpose to know what's hopes in before operation patients, and the following
results were obtained.
1 For receive patients hope need to makes an atmosphere for they can express oneself.
because, they get ready to receive the operation.
2 Anxiety is alleviated by operoom nurse interview.
3 It's necessary to support about plain contents of anesthesia and after the operation only not
contents of the operation from doctor for patients, because, the hope to know of a large
number of objects is information about anesthesia and after the operation.},
