We evaluated it about their life-style problems and their goal that they noticed through this exercise ,and about process of self-care agency. It was effective measures to exercise that recorded their walking counts, living times and meal to think about improvement of their life-style. Almost all students noticed to problems of \"nutrition\" and \"exercise\". But few of them noticed to problems of \"rest\". They learned fifth steps of process of self-care agency by experience learning, according to guide of health promotion and writing their report.
