 note = {application/pdf, Journal Article, 本研究は文献研究であり、目的は医療観察法の指定通院医療機関に関連した文献に焦点を当て、対象者が入院処遇を終え通院している指定医療機関における課題と対策を明らかにして、今後の取り組みについて検討することである。課題として抽出されたのは5つで【個別のケース対応力不足】【施設間・職種間連携体制不足】【医療観察法制度の整備不足】【研究の絶対数不足】【特定職種の業務負担】、対策として抽出されたのは《教育・研修による対応力強化》《医療観察法制度改正に向けた働きかけ》《行政機関を含めた各関係機関の連携強化》の3つであった。指定通院医療機関における課題と対策については施設ごとに対策を講じるのではなく、研究活動の推進によって医療観察法制度の改正に結び付けていく必要がある。, I describe problems identified during research into designated outpatient facilities and use them to develop a future research theme. Results I identified the  following issues during my  research  (adaptation shortages] ,  [a lack  of  cooperation between medical  institutions] ,  [a need to change the  law] ,  [a lack of  research  ]  ,  and  (the burden of specific occupations  ] .
