 note = {本研究の目的は,看護短大生の重症心身障害児(者)病棟において行われる4日間の臨床実習での「やる気」の変化と,重症心身障害児(者)病棟での実習に対する「やる気」が,やる気関連諸特性(自己充実的達成動機,競争的達成動機,成長不安)の高さによってどのように異なるかを検討することである.その結果,以下の2点が示唆された.1.学生の実習での「やる気」は,概して全実習期間を通して経目的に上昇した.2.学生の実習での「やる気」について,やる気関連諸特怪の高群・低群毎に分析した結果,実習での「やる気」は,新しい価値の創造という他者との競争でない自己の成長や充実に関連する「やる気」であると考えられた., The purpose of this study was: to examine the change of " Achievement Motive during 4-days' Clinical Practicum for the care for Severely Handicapped Children/Persons (SHC/Ps) " of nursing college students, and to examine relationship between that Achievement Motive and each degree (high/low) of 3 traits relevant to Achievement Motive (Self-fulfillmentive Achievement Motive, Competitive Achievement Motive, Positive Anxiety). The results indicated the followings: 1. The level of Achievement Motive during 4-days' Clinical Practicum for the care for SHC/Ps increased almost through the Clinical Practicum period of 4 days. 2. Achievement Motive during 4-days' Clinical Practicum for the care for SHC/Ps was a kind of Achievement Motive of growth and self-fulfillment rather than that of competition with others.},
