An original DVD and technical instruction texts were developed based on the concept of basic education to use in classroom lectures, practice, and on-the-job training(OJT). Analysis was performed after OJT using students' self-assessment of achievement of lavor stage techniques and questionnaires completed in free writing style. During the short-term intensive OJT conducted across two institutions, students mastered the skills step-by-step with the accumulation of assisted cases while studying in undergraduate education. Such original audio-visual teaching aids, deliberately and consistently designed by teachers based on the principles, would be highly significant because education tools created by the user are the best in that site.
