Students in the classroom are required to communicate in English. It is said that students are apt to hesitate to communicate with each other because there are some psychological and social problems. In order to find the factors that activate students' interaction, the seven conditions necessary in the encounter group are carefully considered. Personalities of students, leadership in a group, and respect and admiration between themselves in the group are deliberately considered as the factors. After these four factors are carefully selected, the better way to foster students' positive attitude on communicating with each other in the group is discussed.
