 note = {本報告はデンマークの高齢者福祉に関する視察研修の成果を、ロスキレ市の在宅ケアサービスの現状を中心にまとめたものである。この国の高齢者福祉政策は、生活の継続性を保つために在宅ケアに重点が置かれ、訪看護婦数、ホームヘルパー数、訪問看護ステーション数を増加し、介護教育制度を改善することで充実したサービスを提供している。また、デイケアセンター、補助器具の提供、配食サービス等の多様なサービスが充実し、連携するシステムがある。一方、痴呆者等も在宅ケアの対象となり、援助者の負担の増加とサービスにゆとりがなくなったことが指摘されており、対応していくことが課題と考える。, This report is a summary on the results of the inspection of welfare service for the aged, especially care systems at home for the aged in Roskire City. The Danish program attach importance on the home care to keep continuance of life. The service enhanced by increasing the numbers of nurses for the visiting care and the numbers of home helpers and improving care education. They adjust various service like day-centers, utensil appliance centers, delivering foods service and they have system with cooperates. On the other hand ,it is pointed out that the person with the senile dementia becomes the object on home care and helper have manyburden, composure was lost than before, and we think that coping with the problem is the subject.},
