 note = {application/pdf, Departmental Bulletin Paper, 近年，日本においても数年前からレズビアンカップルが妊娠・出産し，新たな家族形成を行っていることが報告されている．本研究はレズビアンカップルが妊娠・出産を通して子どもをもつことに焦点をあて，その研究動向を把握するとともに，本邦における今後の研究課題について検討することを目的とし，国内外の文献検討を行った．その結果，本邦においては，子育ての実態，子どもをもつことを選択した過程や子育ての中で直面する問題について，社会学及びその関連分野で事例報告がされていたが，看護学領域ではレズビアンカップルが妊娠・出産を通して子どもをもつことに関する先行研究は行われていないことが明らかになった．一方海外では，レズビアンが子どもをもつことに関する研究が様々な視点から継続的に行われ，蓄積されている．
　今後はリプロダクティブヘルス・ライツの視点から，すべての女性の子どもをもつ権利について，ケアに関わる医療職者がどう考え，どのように対応していくのか検討する基礎的資料とするため，本邦においても，海外で行われているような様々な視点からレズビアンカップルの妊娠・出産の実態や家族形成に関する研究に早急に取り組む必要がある．, Recently, it has been reported that lesbian couples have been becoming pregnant and forming new families in Japan.
The purpose of this study was to focus on the fact that lesbian couples have children through pregnancy and childbirth, to understand the research trends, to examine future research issues in Japan, and to examine the literature in Japan and overseas.
Results show that, in Japan, there were case reports on the actual situation of childrearing, the process of choosing to have children, and the problems faced in childrearing in sociology and related fields. However, in the field of nursing, it became clear that there is no previous studies on lesbian couples having children through pregnancy and childbirth. Outside of Japan, studies on lesbian pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting have been continuously conducted and accumulated from various viewpoints.
From the perspective of reproductive health rights, basic materials are required for medical professionals to consider how lesbian couples become parents and how to manage them.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for research on the reality of pregnancy, childbirth, and family formation of lesbian couples from various perspectives in Japan as has been conducted worldwide., 総説},
