看護師がどのような介入を行っているかについて明らかにすることである. 統合失調症患者のクライシス・プラン作成経験のある看護師5 名を対象とし半構造化面接を行いデータを木下の修正版グランデッド・セオリー・アプローチ法を用いて分析した.\nその結果，看護師は 『クライシス・プラン作成導入に対する患者の反応から病識をアセスメントする』 という観察を行い、 『 患者の語りから方向性を見つけて退院に向けた取り組みを動機づけるかかわり』や『 患者と一緒に病気の歴史を振り返り病気の理解を深める』看護の取り組みをしていた．クライシス・プラン作成には『患者の理解力や病状の回復に合わせたペースで作業を進める』という【患者に合わせたクライシス・プラン作成の共同作業】を実践していた. \nまた，【効果的なクライシス・プランにするための看護師の工夫】として，『 患者が症状を話してくれる深い関係性を構築するための意図的なかかわり』を行いながら，『 かかわりを通して気づく患者の新たな一面と気づきに基づく意識や行動の変化』 や『効果的なクライシス・プランにするための修正やタイミングを図ったかかわり』『 家族や他職種からの情報を多角的に取り入れてクライシス・プランに活かす』工夫を実践していた. 以上の２つカテゴリーから 【患者との共同作業】 というコアカテゴリーが導かれた . \n経過の中で看護師は『日々の業務に追われて思うようにできないことに対するもどかしさ』や『 クライシス・プラン作成効果を感じられないまま作成を継続するジレンマ』を感じつつも，『 患者の良反応による取り組み意欲の向上』や『クライシス・プラン作成をすることで感じる看護のしやすさや看護の質の向上の手ごたえ』 といった
