 note = {快適住まい環境研究会(住ま研)の平成11年度の研究活動を報告した。主な研究活動は以下のとおりであった。1 「住ま研」ニュースの通巻8号から13号までの発行。2　第4回「住ま研」フォーラムを開催し黒岩卓夫氏を招聴。3　特別養護老人ホーム「おらはうす宇奈月」の見学。4　住宅の建築とその公開。「おらはうす宇奈月」の見学からは以下の点が考えられた。 ①基準を越える優良な施設にも補助金が交付されねばならない。 ②高齢者にはいろいろな住む場所の選択肢が用意されねばならない。 ③一人ひとりの自立と家族・友人とのつながりが大切である。また提案住宅の建築とその公開では以下の点が総括された。 ①建築資金の他に体力と気力を要した。 ②何を大事に考えるかの検討が重要であった。 ③建築素材や住宅前の除雪など、いくつかの問題が残された。住宅公開には約250名ほどの見学者が訪れた。, This paper is an annual report on our research conducted in 1999.The present investigation and studies were as follows. 1)Bulletins about housing entitled SUMAKEN NEWS were published regularly six times a year(Vol.8-13). 2)We held the fourth "SUMAKEN" forum at which lecture was given by Dr.Takuo KUROIWA. 3)For the purpose of research, We visited the ORA-HOUSE UNAZUKI, Which is a nursing home for theaged. 4)one of the authors constructed the propose house, Which was opened to the public. Observation of the ORA-HOUSE UNAZUKI prompted us to consider the following three points. ① A nursing home of good quality for the aged should be subsidized from national funds, even if it exceeds the legal minimum standards. ② A aged people should be able to choose their preferred accommodation from various living places. ③ Assurance of each person's independence and close relations with family or friends are important factors. The results of investigation of the propose house are summarized as follows. ① In addition to a building fund, physical and mental stamina were required. ② Important factors in our life should be considered. ③ Several problems remained, including building materials and the task of clearing snow from the road in front of a house. About 250 people inspected the propose house.},
