 note = {快適住まい環境研究会の平成12年度の研究活動を報告した。主要な活動は、①第5回「住ま研」フォーラムの開催、②「住ま研ニュース」の14～19巻の発行、③住宅改修相談の対応、④福祉施設・住宅の見学であった。活動を通して、以下のことが考えられた。1　これからの高齢社会では、住まいの選択肢が広がってきており、さらにその充実が望まれる。2　高齢社会における住宅は、安全・快適を重視し、個々の状態に応じた対応が求められる。3　住宅改修の相談の過程で当事者・支援者による「検討会」を行った。住宅改修では、当事者の主体的参加と建築・医療・保健・福祉の連携が重要である。4　当事者と相談を重ねながら改修を行ったが、改修後いくつかの課題が残った。失敗の少ない住宅改修を行うために、「トライハウス」の必要性が再確認された。, This paper is an annual report on our research conducted in 2000. The main activities were as follows.ゥBulletins about housing entitled "SUMAKEN NEWS" were published regularly six times a year (Vol.14-19), ②We held the fifth "SUMAKEN FORUM", ③We conducted consultations on housing improvement, ④We conducted a field trip on welfare facilities and housing. Through these activities, the following facts were considered. 1. In the future aged society, there will be more alternatives available when selecting a house. In addition, more substantial facilities and amenities than provided in the past will be required. 2. Housing in the aged society will emphasize safety and comfort, and individual management will be required. 3. Meetings were arranged between the parties concerned and support persons during the process of consultation about the housing improvement. When making housing improvements, it is important that the parties concerned participate in the process actively and work in cooperation with the architect, and the team providing medical treatment as well as health and welfare services. 4. We carried out improvements in consultation with the parties concerned. However, some problems remained after implementation of the improvements. This situation reconfirmed the need for a "TRY HOUSE" in order to carry out housing improvements with a low failure rate.},
