 note = {本研究の目的は、市町村保健活動支援のための保健所保健師のコンサルテーションプロセスと構成要素を作成し、その妥当性を大学教員等に調査し、実際活動に活用できるように検討することである。その結果1.筆者らが設定した7段階のコンサルテーションプロセスと22項目の構成要素は、妥当性支持率96.1%、内的整合性を示すCronbachのalpha係数0.94であり、概ね妥当であるとの支持を得た。2.実際活動への適用については、保健所という特性を十分生かすと共に、研究機関などと共同でコンサルテーションを行うことも検討していく必要性が示唆された。, The purpose of this study is to draw up consultation processes and their structural elements as carried out by public health nurses to support public health services at the local level. The validity of these processes was studied by university instructors to find a way to use them in actual practice. Results 1. The validity rate of 7 levels of the consultation process and 22 items of structural elements set by the authors was 96.1%. The Cronbach alpha coefficient, showing internal consistency, was 0.94, supporting the general validity of the study. 2. It was suggested that when applying the study results to actual practice, along with taking advantage of the characteristics of public health centers, there is a need to further consider collaborative consultation with academic institutions.},
