 note = {生殖補助医療技術の発達と一般化に伴い、不妊治療を受ける人口は増加しているが、カップルにおいて挙児を希望し不妊症と分かってから不妊治療を継続していく過程はそれぞれに異なる。これまでの研究では、その過程においての不妊という事実への反応、その反応に影響をおよぼす要因、治療に伴う不安やストレス、そして治療への取り組み等が報告されている。そこで、まず統計学的に最も多い不妊の女性を対象とし、その女性が不妊治療をどのように認知しているのかを明らかにするため、過去20年間の国内外の文献を不妊症、看護、女性をKeywordsに検索(医学中央雑誌168件、Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature:CINAHL146件)、その中から、不妊治療を受けている女性の治療中の反応に関するものを集め、不妊の女性が不妊治療を継続している状況での治療に対する認知としてまとめた。, Fertility care, in the populations across the world, seems to be on the increase with the development of Assisted Reproductive Technology. After a certain couple wish to have a baby and turn out to be infertile, the process to continue infertility treatment differs from couple to couple. Much literature has been published about the recognition of infertility and the emotional reactions connected to undergoing treatment and the initial finding out that one or both of the couple is infertile, factors to affect such reactions, uneasiness and stress as a result of the treatment, and how a womanperceives the treatment. Statistics show that it's mostly womenwho undergo the infertility treatment. In order to clarify how a womanpercepts the infertility treatment, I searched both domestic and foreign literature published over the past 20 years (168 matched in Japana Centra Revuo Medicina, 146 matched in the Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature) using key words of infertility, nursing and women.From those I collected the information regarding women's reactions while they are undergoing infertility treatment. The following is the summarization of perception towards the treatment of infertile women undergoing infertility treatment.},
