To examine the effect of this program change on learning and clinical practice outcomes, we analyzed free-text answers submitted by students who took newborn bed bath training, and reviewed training experience logs to compare them with the previous clinical experience in 2009 for neonatal care. The analysis revealed that students undergoing bed bath training entertained the "hope of practicing benevolent care" and "recognized the need for repetition drills for compensating for immature skill" in clinical practice, while also sensing the "limit of using a dummy." In clinical practice, 43 (48.3%) of the students experienced neonatal whole-bed baths, representing an increase of approximately 10% compared with the 2009 figure. Along with increased bed bath training, significantly more students experienced and conducted environment checks, prevention measures for infections and accidents, body weight measurements, and umbilical cord care, increasing by approximately 5-31% The study results suggest that opportunities to apply acquired skills to clinical practice could enhance students' motivation., 原著}, pages = {459--466}, title = {新生児の母性看護学演習項目を全身清拭に変更したことによる演習の学びと実習への効果}, volume = {156}, year = {2012}, yomi = {タカシマ, ヨウコ} }
