Oxaliplatin を含む化学療法による末梢神経障害を有する患者の日常生活上の困難と対処方法を明らかにすることである．\n【研究の方法】\n研究対象者はがん拠点病院の外来化学療法室で Oxaliplatin を含む化学療法を行い，副作用である末梢神経障害を経験している CTCAE Grade1 以上の患者を対象とした． Oxaliplatin による末梢神経障害による困難と対処についてインタビューガイドを用いた半構造化面接を行い，データ分析は Berelson,B の手法を参考に内容分析を行った．\n【結果 】\n研究対象者は 8 名であった． Oxaliplatin を含む化学療法による末梢神経障害を有する患者の日常生活上の困難として，【初めて日常生活の中で自覚するしびれの辛さ】【手のしびれと感覚麻痺による家事への支障】【手先のしびれによる排泄行為の大変さ】【手先のしびれと知覚がないことで日常生活の細かい作業への支障】【入浴時しびれが増すので辛い】【足のしびれと感覚鈍麻による歩行時の支障】の6のカテゴリが 形成され，対処として 【家事によるしびれを軽減する取り組み】【着衣や室温を調整することによるしびれを軽減する取り組み】【入浴によるしびれを軽減する取り組み】【家族が力添えをする】【しびれの気をそらす】 の5のカテゴリが形成された．\n【考察】\nOxaliplatin を含む化学療法を受けている患者にとってしびれは衝撃的なものであり，体験の中から苦痛を軽減させるために対処行動をしていると考えられた．しびれは 患者自身にしかわからない ，患者がどのような困難を抱えているのか気づくためにも，患者・家族とコミュニケーションをはかり，患者の実体験を共有し，状況と原因をアセスメントとし対処行動につなげることが重要である．\n【結論 】\nOxaliplatinを含む化学療法による末梢神経障害を有する患者は，しびれを許容し，不安や恐怖を抱えながらも日常生活の中で自らが工夫し対処行動を実践しているため，患者の体験を共有・理解し，生活習慣に合わせて，患者と一緒に対処行動を考え看護支援を行うことが重要である．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"令和3年度修了
