2004","subitem_alternative_title_language":"en"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-07","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"42","bibliographicPageStart":"37","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"16","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"看護研究交流センター年報","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"臨地実習指導者は,学生の経験の把握をし,明確化,学習可能事項を考え,学生の指導を組み立て実施する.そこで,講習生が実習指導をどう自己評価しているか,講習会の前後に調査した.評価において,看護経験5年階級別での自己評価は,5年未満が高く,ついで10年以上,5～10年の順であった.つまり,若年者で高く,中堅者で一旦低下するが,10年以上のベテラン層で,若年者ほど高くはないが,一定ラインに至るという傾向が伺えた.自己評価について講習前後で実習指導技法34項目中,12項目で一定以上の変化が見られた.講習後に低下するのは7項目,うち,「指導要請受け入れ」が共通項目であった.変化の少ないのは16項目あり,共通項目は「指導の実際」「ケア方法の行動支持」で,受講前後で変化が少ない安定項目である.後に高くなるのは,6項目で,「患者ケア実施に関する支持」,一般的指導における「支持」であった.講習受講後に評価を高めたことが伺える.「指導要請」で受講後に見直しがあり,「患者ケア」や「支持」で評価が高まるという変化があり,一方,「指導の実際」と「ケア方法の行動支持」は,前後で変化が少ないものであった.受講後に再確認や見直しが見られることが示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_publisher_32":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"新潟県立看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_3_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12066409","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"加藤,
