Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"保健師活動において地域の健康に関する状況を把握及び「診断」することは，活動の基本的で重要な技術である．本学では講義，演習，実習と継続性を保ちながら学習を深めている．本研究は，現在自治体に保健師として就業中の本大学卒業生6 人に地域診断の実践状況などについて調査を行い，本学の地域診断教育の有効性を具体的に検討するとともに，演習，実習プログラムと教育内容の具体的な課題を明らかにすることを目的とした．卒業生は全員が地域診断を実践していたが，新任保健師研修の課題として取り組んだ3
