capital，以下SC）と健康に関する研究動向及び論文数や対象別に分析するとともに，研究手法やSC と健康指標に関連が認められた論文を整理する．さらにSC を測定するための調査項目の現状を構成要素に基づき明らかとし，今後の研究の方向性を提示することを目的とする．\n方法:医学中央雑誌，J-Medplus，メディカルオンライン，MEDLINE を用い「social capital」「社会関係資本」「Japan」等を検索語として検索し，重複論文，SC を主題としない論文等を除く54文献を対象とした．SC と健康に関する論文の年次推移，対象者，研究手法，調査項目等について分析した．\n結果:わが国では2009 年以降にSC と健康に関する研究が隆盛してきたこと，研究対象は全国からの抽出調査，市町村単位の調査，高齢者が多く見受けられ，SC と健康指標と関連が認められた文献も同様な結果であった。また，量的研究にくらべ質的研究が稀少であり，研究者によってSC を測定するため調査項目は多様であった．\n結論:今後は様々な対象の研究が必要であるとともに，SC
