VTR教材は臨地実習指導者の協力を得て,実際の実習施設のNICUで撮影し, VTR編集ソフト(Ulead Video Studio 6を用いて20分に編集した. VTR視聴直後(実習前)とNICU実習直後に質問紙調査を実施した.その結果は以下のとおりである.1. VTR教材は「NICU概要の理解」について効果的と答えた学生は,実習前99.0%,実習後88.8%であり,実習後に「NICU入室方法の理解と実習での役立ち」に効果的と答えたのは96.9%であった. 2.
