Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は，A病院看護師のキャリアアップや院内継続教育に対するニーズを明らかにし，より効果的な院内継続教育を実施していくための示唆を得ることである．A病院に勤務する看護師561 名を対象に質問紙調査を行い，362
