The subjects were 16 NICU nurses who were experienced in long-term care of neonates in NICU. Data was collected through interviews using an open-ended questionnaire. Factors and their relationships were explored through content analysis. Then issues were extracted and classified into the six categories: <child>, <parent>, <family>, <nurse>, <hospital> and <society>.
