 note = {基礎看護技術演習において,マルチメディアCAI教材を活用した学生の自己学習の上に,教師は学生個々の疑問や未理解部分のフィードバックをする者として存在する授業方法をとった場合,学生の技術修得度にどのような効果があるかを検討した.今年度は「体位変換　移乗・移送」のCAIを作成し,実習室にコンピュータを設置するなど学習環境の整備と合わせて血圧測定と体位変換の2技術に関して1学年後期授業を実施した.血圧測定技術においては自己学習の成果チェックを行い,全体平均で30点満点の26.1点の好成績を収めた.また体位変換技術においては,事前学習で平均4.4回のCAI視聴を行いその結果,学生の疑問が明確となり自発的な質問を教師に向けることにつながった.さらにレポートより,技術を単に手順の理解として捉えるのではなく,根拠を理解し応用する思考様式で考えていることがわかった.これらから事前に学習するポイントを示し,その学習を可能とする教材を整備すれば学生はよく学習し,自覚的な学習につながり好結果を生む効果的な授業法であると考えられた., We have the class in which teachers give each student feedback in order to resolve their questions and luck of understanding after they have self-learning with multimedia CAI teaching material. And we examined the effect to nursing art acquisition. We made newCAI "Nursing Art of Changing Position & Transfer" and set up some computers in the practice room.In the "Nursing Art of Bleed Pressure measurement", wechecked the achievement of self-learning, and the average of its record was 26.1 points on the scale of one to thirty. On the other hand, in the "Nursing Art of Changing Position & Transfer", the average of CAI watching was 4.4 times.These results show that by using CAI students can clarify their questions and luck of understandings by themselves, and voluntary they tried to resolve problems. From reports analysis, students perceived that nursing art is not methodology but application process based on evidence. It promotes self-learning for students to show the points of nursing art before practice class, and provide proper educational materials like CAI.},
