 note = {急速に進む我が国の高齢社会に対応するために、新潟県立看護短期大学に「快適住まい環境研究会」が5名の教員により設立された。この研究会の発足にあたり、第1回快適住まい環境フォーラムが開催された。このフォーラムでは、各領域の専門家6人により、現状の問題と今後の展望が討議された。暑さ・寒さは重要なバリアであること、上越地域の高床式住宅には多くの問題点があること、住まいに関する情報の収集と発信基地として、看護短大が機能すべきであること、その人に合った住まいを設定し、そこで実地体験できる施設(トライハウス)が必要であること等が取り上げられた。これらの討議から、①上越地域における住環境の現状と問題点の整理　②住宅に関する補助制度の調査研究　③住まい環境整備の経済効率　④福祉機器の情報収集と整備及びその開発　⑤トライハウスの原形提示の5項目の研究方向が上げられた。, The five members in niigata college of nursing formed into groups a society for [ A research for the suitable environment of the house ]. On 8 May 1996, the society held [ forum ] about to study for the suitable environment of the house to be self-supporting at niigata college of nursing. In this forum, a problem in present conditions for environment of the house were discussed by the six specialists. The points of discussion can be summarized as follows!①The one of barriers is extremes temperature between rooms and other places. ② The highf1oor house has many problems. ③The one of the functions of our college is accumulation and distribution of information about environment of the house.ゥTry house, where we can gain our experience at first hand for our suitable living, is necessary. After these discussions, we have decided to take up the five research points. ① Make a list of the problem in present conditions for environment oOhe house at Joetsu area. ② Research and investigation for a public subsidy system.③Research for economic efficiency with complementary environment of the house. ④Development and accumulation of information about a welfare tool. ⑤ Presentation of try house.},
