In this study we analyzed a questionnaire for the disabled people and a result their families answered about the use of public services. It was speculated as follows: 1) Public services are used in Y-town morethan J-city. 2) These services are appreciated in Y-town. 3) Activities of daily living (ADL) are kept in a right condition in Y-town more than J-city. 4) ADL are improved and the bed-bound peoples diminish by appropriate use of the social supports in J-city.},
