We studied 404 subjects, who were working of head nurse assistants in Niigata prefec-tural hospitals. The results indicated that they has tendency to actings of head nurses, medical examinations and treatment assistants, educations and nursing, is caused by there history of head nurse asissutants, the day of night works, the member of doctors and nurse's aides, keeping in a rule of the hospital. There tendency were necessary to choice in nursing service admistration.
