| 内容記述 | 看護学実習は実習グループの形態で学習しており、お互いの思考を発展させる等の学習効果はあるが、人間関係がうまくいかない場合には充分な効果が得られないと言われている。そこで日本における看護学実習のグループの人間関係の研究について、過去20年間の研究動向と課題を検討した。文献数は31で、実習グループにおけるグループダイナミクスの構成要因の検討、グループダイナミクスと実習満足感・実習成果、意図的な実習グループ編成による教育効果、教育的関わりとグループダイナミクス、グループダイナミクスの実態の側面から検討されていた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The nursing clinical practice is studied in the form of the practice group, and it is effective that an idea each others is developed. The group does not function enough if the interpersonal relationship does not succeed. Then, the research trend and the problem of the research of the interpersonal relationship of the nursing clinical practice group in Japan of 20 years in the past were examined. The number of documents was 31.There were examined from the side of the composition factor of group dynamics, the group dynamics and the practice satisfaction feeling and the result, the group organization, the educational approach and group dynamics, the conditions of group dynamics. | |||||
