| 内容記述 | 入院の高齢者の不安の傾向について調査、分析し、以下の結果を得た。1.対象者のState総得点の平均は34.7点であり、青年層に比較して低い。2.ストレスに関して、健康高齢者から抽出したストレス項目で比較検討した結果、"物忘れ""身体に自信がない""泣きたい気持ち"の事項に有意な差があった。3.不安傾向とストレス項目の関連を、ストレス項目についてState高得点群と低得点群で比較した結果、State高得点群では"心配なこと""気楽に暮らせない""身体に自信がない""チャンスを逃がす""何時死ぬのか気になる"などが有意に高かった。以上から、高齢者の入院に対して、これらについての心理状態を配慮することが、不安の軽減に対する看護の一助になると考えられる。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | A research and anlysis were made of anxiety aged people when they were admitted to a hospital, and the follwing results were obtained. 1. Total average State-Trait Anxiety Inventory of aged point was 34.7, which was lower than that of yang healthy people. 2. The point's of three stress Item feel,i.e, "for get full" "don't confi-dent of health" and "feel like crying" were significantly higher in aged hospitalism patients than in healthy aged people. 3. Aged patiant with higher stress point's showed significantly high stress item point's regardy "fell uneasy" "don't lead an uncomfortable life" "don't confi-dent of health" "miss a chance" "fear of death" etc.compared with those with lower state points, and careing these things will supports to anxiety aged people when they were admitted to a hospital. | |||||||||||||
